    Post-Workout meals?

O.K. everytime I get outta the gym I think either I can eat alot of food, like poultry and rice ...etc or I can drink one of those shakes ....

but I know, ...because I've tried... that I can't do both, I get too full...

so which one is better for post work out; because i am starved when I get outta the gym and just want to eat chicken and sandwhichs and stuff...but besides that I was just wondering if they both can work out in a different way?

I usually take in about 80 grams of protein in one shake....

    Dittos.....

No offense ge3k0 but you do ask a lot of god training questions in this forum.

I think you'd get a lot better responses if you posted in the appropriate section.

    Good questions non-the-less.

So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
    to improve their lives.
