Has anyone in New England noticed the haze today? Apparently there is a big fire in British Columbia which is making it. It ruined my sunny day, god damn it!

Bah!
When i lived in NE Wales(UK),in the 80's and early 90's{on and off} there were certain days when a yellow type of smog used to drift across westwards from (probably) Birmingham, and literally envelope the top of the hills in a sort of 'yellow soup'. (The cause was mainly car exhausts)
Cases of hayfever also increased in those days.......
Nope, i was working all day

Yeah, red x's are sexy as fuck!

maybe that explains the sudden onset of what i thought were allergy symptoms. years ago you could smell smoke for days.

Yeah, apparently the smoke carried over from some forest fire, according to the local weatherman.Originally Posted by IainDaniel
