Japan considers strike against North Korea

This whole scare over North Korean missiles is a joke.

Kim Jong Il is probably laughing.

All these media talk shows are yelling and guessing.

In a month no one will care.

What Kim Jong Il is doing is working. And he's also, making us like like fools.

thats funny....b/c half of the world's gov'ts aren't laughing....maybe thats why you're a teacher.

It's not "half the world's governments."

There has always been nationalism in East Asia.

Japan has a history IN Korea....a bad one.

The U.S. is possibly using the test firing to get the masses to be "worried."

And Ivanry, I am no longer a teacher. I just started my own business in Chicago. Hopefully it'll make it. If not, oh well.

Its not just asian countries and the US discussing it, but it would only make sense that they are the most involved,b/c its their back yard.

Kim Jong Il is a horrible human being.

But I also thinks he wants to stay in power and enjoy the fruits of it.

That's why I think he's using the tests to stir the pot and ask for more money and food.

If he doesn something stupid, he won't be around long IMO.

so what do you think the proper repsonse is?

Should we give him more aid like the Clinton admin did?

Just use the UN...which won't do anything IMO, b/c china will refuse to vote for sanctions...as least russia will abstain like true UN fashion

I think we need to arm Japan IMO...do our best to get SK on board...and then wait with a careful watch.

They were a long time ago but the Japs view the Koreans as some whites in America view balcks......I have know many people from both cultures and this hatred is just primitive and ugly.

Mostly but just like the Mexicans they see differances we do not...ie. light skin, dark skin....more indian than Spanish ect...

Koreans are taller and darker than the Japanese. A better analogy would be the the Spanish and the Mexicans.

As for the Japanese and racism, there are many parts of Japanese cities that have signs that say "no foreigners." Streets, restaurants, and renting apartment.

They are charming, smile, and are polite.

They treat Korean like crap; The Koreans treat everyone like crap.

Goes with the territory.
