    How do they measure this? If it is those damn BMI tables, it is horse shit.

    OK, they used BMI, I just saw it.

    I could be 10% body fat and obese by that standard.

    They use the BMI but you have to remember there isnt enough increased muscled people to make that huge of a difference

    Disability insurance companies use BMI too. I had to go get a physical and have the doctor send a letter with chest size, arm size, etc to prove that my weight was not all fat. I got the insurance though.
