I have been watching that show. It's pretty good. Danny Devito is the dad. He's great in it. Good writing.

It's decent. Shit compared to some of the others shows on FX, Rescue Me and Over There were both tremendous.

I watched it last night, pretty funny show. The steroids episode was pretty funny but I thought the other episode they showed was funnier. I will definitely tune in next week, but when the TUF 4 season starts I hope they find a new time slot.

The underage drinking/prom thing was funny. FX is my favorite network for their sitcoms, plus all the King of the Hill reruns

Got a chance to watch a little of this last night after the TUF4 premier. Damnit this show gets funnier every week. Every show so far has been a home run, but that worries me. How long can they keep it up at this pace?? The last show I can think of that was critically aclaimed but didn't fair well was Arrested Development, but that was just dropped. Before that you had the Ben Stiller show that got cancelled after less than a season but won an Emmy. I hope Always Sunny doesn't suffer a similar fate...

I think it's almost good that shows don't last long. I'd rather have a very funny show run three seasons than an OK one that last for 8. If they can only keep the funny for a few seasons, so be it. Plus, I believe a lot of actors don't like being tied down to a show that runs all the time.

Season 2 is when Devito joins the show. I haven't seen much of the first season, but I've still not seen an episode I haven't laughed at.

Wikipedia says FX ordered 39 episodes on top of the 13 for season 4 which means it should go for at least 6 seasons if not 7....

It also says the pilot was shot for $85 and was good enough that FX snatched the show right up.....

Did you also know I've only watched two episodes and then forgot the show even existed until I saw this thread? I like the show I guess I just got pre-occupied and forgot about it....
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

Some of the episodes are hilarious. Others are not. The best one I've seen is the ep where they tailgate the Eagles tryouts.

Hell yeah, that was definitely one of my top 3 favorites.
