If you are i could use your help.
My boyfriend and i will be moving there shortly as he will be attending Dalhousie in the fall. I could use a few pointers, please:
Best area to live in?
Best gym?
I could also use your two cents on where to shop etc.
Any information could really help us, thanks.

Don't even talk to me about moving anymore. We have officially put wheels on all of our belongings. Do you want to hear something even funnier? After Australia we went back home to Winnipeg Manitoba and then moved here to Calgary Alberta and now to Halifax and after that...who knows. My good friend from Muai was in town this week though, we caught up and she made me promise that we visit her in the next few years. She moved to Hawaii a few years ago.
HOLY CRAP are those American Eskimos in your gallery? We are looking for a female Miniature American Eskimo...well i am trying more than the man

Well I live In Amherst NS ... about 2 hours away.
I do have a really good family friend that lives there however ... so if you want I can get her opionion on the best places to live / shop (she's about 28 so she should know some good places) . As for Gym .. I can ask but not too sure if she would know, she's more the type of cardio chick that goes for walks with her dogs or if she eats extra that day she has a bicycle in her basement.
I'll try and get ahold of her today .. just I work insane hours everyday this week So I'll try my best ..
ps I do hope you know Halifax has the most criminal activity in all of nova scotia. Lots of shootings and robbery! hahaha.

As for there being alot of murders etc. Well Edmonton is number one for murders in Canada right now (we are only 2 hours from there) and Winnipeg where we grew up and always go back to visit is number two.
