    It'll be sweet tonight, I have 20 tabs of Tylox, 65 tabs of methadone, Lyrica to potentiate, but I've been taking them since Monday. I think my best birthday present this week was meeting this Neurologist on Monday, he actually sat down with me and went over my entire medical history and just talked with me about all kinds of stuff for an Hour and a half, I've never had more than 20 minutes with a doctor. He then said "Screw the insurance company you need something to last you through the day", so he prescribed me the methadone and lyrica, then he said I might need the Tylox for breakthrough pain. He's like 70 years old so he has seen alot, I hope he solves my back problem.

    It's my birthday and I'll fry if I want to, get high if I want to. You would fry too if I got a hold of you. I think tonight I'll probably walk into town eat a nice meal and then walk along the beach since my girl works tonight. Tomorrow I'm off so I can chill with my gal and go to a nice Italian place for lunch then shop all day.
