    Returning to school

    I have to go back to school on the 7th of august.I dont want to go.Most people my age will be in the 6th grade but I am going to the 8th grade.I will only be able to train around 3 times a week so that is my I am going to use this routine:

    Monday : legs
    squats 3x5-6
    calf raises 3x8-10
    leg ext. 3x8-10
    leg curls 3x8-10

    tuesday: off

    wednesday:Pull(back and biceps)
    bentover rows 3x6-8
    deadlifts 3x5-6
    wg pullups(palms facing away) 3xfailure
    chinups 3x8-10(anymore use weight)
    shrugs 3x8-10
    BB curls 3x8-10


    thursday: off

    Friday: Push(chest,shoulders,triceps)
    benchpress 3x6-8
    incline press 3x6-8(small incline)
    military press(db or bb switch it up) 3x6-8
    Dips 3x5-6(weighted if u can)
    incline chest fly's 3x6-8


    p.s. When does everyone else have to go back to school?Oh yeah my birthday is on the 24th of august and I will finally be 13...Feels like I have been 12 forever!

    You are 13, and most 13 year olds are in the eigth grade not the sixth grade son. Several kids at 13 are in 9th grade also....

    I am still 12 son and here most poeple were in 6th grade at 12.The poeple in the grade 8 here will be 14 or 15 or about to be 14 while i will still just be turning 12 and they will have regular math and I will have Algebra 1.

    200lbs @ 5'11 3/4"
    Bench - 170lbs x 2, Conventional Deadlift - 360lbs x 1, ATG Squat - 250lbs x 2
    780lb Total Raw

    It's good for a 12 year old... Except calves should be last. I'd also put extensions and maybe even leg curls before squats. He's young and should protect his joints by warming up.
