yes and her family doesn't want her to move out because since her sister Jessica was born with serious health issues Shae has been her caregiver. which meant a quick end to her childhood and at 21 having no freedom to leave her home despite her desire to.
her mother has forbidden her to use the pc. Shae still snuck on for a bit while her mom was away but was caught and there was hell to pay... she asked me to explain all this before but i was a bit uncomfortable posting personal information like this. she's been gone so long it turns my stomach to imagine what she is going thru. she talked about killing herself to escape a couple of times...

Maybe she should stop being weak and just leave. At age 21 you should be able to handle yourself, and stop being weak minded.

Sounds like she is a prisoner, that is awful that her own family would cripple her like that. I hope she gets out as soon as possible.....hell even go to the police or a womens shelter just to escape those people.

i think there are pics of Jess in her gallery. it would be simpler to leave if she didn't love her sister. love can be a powerful tool to manipulate someone as caring and soft hearted as Shae is. She was going to counseling but if it was helping her i doubt she was allowed to continue.

her family needs a little "shock n awe" as in someone leading Shae out of there by the hand n straight to a courthouse for a restraining order. with most people Foreman is right they should stand strong n act... Shae has been conditioned since she was preteen that she is to have no control over her own life. n yea she is a prisoner. once she recognized that what was happening to her was abuse and she spoke up she was cut off from the outside world.

One point is that being dependent on your parents at anytime puts you at their mercy. If your parents wanted to, they could twist your mind into a pretzel. They could break your spirit, and make you completely dependent on them for the rest of your life. If your parents wanted to, they could control you like a puppet master, and there is nothing you could do about it.

The sense of self that has the fighting spirit inside of you was, in fact, instilled into you by your parents. Be thankful that you have good parents and stop judging other people's situation.
