I get like this too from time to time. I know most of it is from taking my Stimurex's, but I only take 2 for the day. I end up having to take a melatonin or even a tylenol PM on top of it, just so I make sure I get my 8hrs.
Heh, I am surprised IainDaniel didnt tell you to do a search or check a sticky on sleeping since hes so helpful with that.
And if you follow Rob's advice youll MAKE a sticky as you sleep.
