Do you have any addictions you'd like or even need to break? Food, drug, etc...

Dipping tobacco. I need to break it, but the idea scares me. It's the only thing that has helped me controll my weight successfully. I fluctuate way to much, and by dipping it keeps it right where I want it.

Ahh, a friend of mine has offered to give me what he has left over from when he quit smoking, but for now I'll just stick with it. I'll quit when football season ends.

Then when football ends there will be something else. You're young, giving it up now will be a lot easier than later. I did it for 15 years and quitting that shit was the hardest thing I ever had to do. That's all I'll say, you have to decide for yourself.

I hear this all time. People tell me quitting is the hardest thing they ever did. I can believe it. I'll do my best. I'm very strong willed.

Me I'm addicted to oxygen, I can't get enough of the shit it's a habit I've had my whole life, I've tried under water therapy but I just keep fighting to get to the surface and get more, maybe one day I'll kick this addiction but I ain't holding my breath...

I got bored after finals so I did the stupidest thing I could have possibly done. I went and bought World of Warcraft again, which is hands down the most destructive force I could have invited into my life.
I have stopped consuming alcohol, pot, cigarettes, unhealthy food.
I have done almost every drug on this planet, and I had the power to put it down at anytime.
But this game is outright fucking evil. I am addicted to this game so bad that it is starting to control my life again. I think about the game while I'm at work. I think about the game when I am driving to and from work. I dream about the game. This game feeds some sort of psychological void I have in my soul.

im addicted to lifting weights. no joke, I have draems of having bad sessions.

I use to be addicted to weed, E, Coke, K, and cigareettes. I rotated these substances everyday since I was 15, for 8 years .....and since I discovered the gym, I kicked them all. Now i'm addicted to ephedra
