Found an Inconsistency in a Government Report???
Found this on the Fox.news site while searching for Mk-19 info, strange how they each died from the same thing??????? Cover-up maybe???

Marine Chief Warrant Officer Andrew Todd Arnold, 30, of Spring, Texas. Killed in a non-hostile accident when a rocket-propelled grenade launcher he was firing for familiarization malfunctioned near Al Kut, Iraq. Assigned to the 1st Battalion, 10th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Expeditionary Brigade, Camp Lejeune, N.C.

Killed in a non-hostile accident when a rocket-propelled grenade launcher he was firing for familiarization malfunctioned near Al Kut, Iraq.
