I use Limeware occasionally, but I think it sucks arse compared to Kazaa. Torrents seem to be the way to go. Have you tried Kazaa Lite K+?

Limewire is great, but as Fufu said, torrents are the way to go. I use Azureus for downloading torrents.

    Download Bittornado, simple and easy.

Or for music i use limewire.
    Here's what you do.

Download the free version of limewire, then once you have it installed, search for Limewire pro and download that off limewire reg.

ANd then uninstall the normal and install the pro version!

    Napster
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012
