It's sad that it's got to end...
Last time I was here and left, I said nothing and just got away, didn't bother coming back for over a year.

Not this time. I want to thank all of the members of this board who really tried helping out and gave me a push in the right direction. Specially folks like Arch, Jodi, Britchick, Sapphire, P-Funk, Gdub, Pylon, Naturaltan, Ivy (Miami rulz), Triple Threat, Tank, Gopro, Rocco and a host of others who did nothing but offer advice without expecting anything in return...I could name more names but they escape me now, but believe me, I won't forget you...

I am eternally grateful for what I have learned here and hope that I continue applying it.

No, I have not gained weight back. No, I am not having problems.
The simple explanation is that I have way too many things on my plate and believe it or not posting online, funny enough, takes a few minutes more than I want to.

One final thought....Folks you are the heart and soul of this board, without you, IM would not be what it is today. Continue making this board what it has become, a heaven for people who want to learn and want to better themselves. Keep it going....Robert, great job, without your hard work, none of this would be possible....

I'll be by once in a while to check in on eveyone and to see if there are any new routines or exercises that I may be able to apply to my workout, but I won't be doing much posting...

Now folks, I will bow to you in respect and bid you farewell..
