Don't get me going on suicide... it's my god damn birthday today and I'm depressed as hell.
I think everyone thinks about suicide at low points in their lives, it's only natural. But thinking about it and doing it are too different things completely.

Dude, your life has a point. the point is to have fun. The point is to enjoy the things you love to do. The point is to be a hedonist. If you find your life lacking a long term happiness, then seek out a few safe short term pleasures to keep you going until you find a new passion. Smoke a lot of pot. bang a lot of hoes. Make a lot of money.

Don't over complicate things. You are young, so live it up while you can.

I put my dads gun to my head when I was 18 and pulled the trigger. Either it wasn't loaded or I got really lucky. My guess is it wasn't loaded, but I was. I got really depressed about some things and thought about how people would appreciate me if I was gone. Bad move, I hope I never feel like that again. Needless to say, if you're having serious thoughts about suicide you definetely need to talk to someone and whatever you do don't do any drugs or alcohol.

depression sucks, but it can get better. In my experience, it usually boils down to the bad habit of thinking negatively & you get caught up in a negative downward spiral. Things are never as bad as they seem.. get some help. There is no shame in asking for help.. in fact it's brave.

There are only a few things that I like to get over with quick, bullshit parts in porn, work and dental appointments, my life isn't one of them.

All of our lives are yin and yang swirls of ups and down you just gotta remember that when the dark gets heavy the tail of light appears and it spins around again.
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

    I concur.

I suffer from extreme anxiety at times and its usually born from negative thinking. When I have an anxiety attack, its so bad, that when it passes, I fear the next time it comes around. Since it was from negative thinking, I can never really touch on just one reason why these attacks occur.

Everytime I do notice that I feel terrible, I figure what I can do to feel better. If its a girl problem, Ill usually write her off. If its a workout problem, Ill usually switch up workouts. If its a friends or family problem, then Ill usually talk through it or escape via my honda 929 rr for a while. If its school.....well thats my new challenge.

Life is funny that way. One week will be blue, dark, and lonely. Then the next week, it will be blue from the skies, dark from the sun's shadows, and I may still be alone, but not lonely.

I have thought about it once or twice but never seriously.
