This used to happen to me all the time. I stopped heavy gaming 2 hours before bed to stop that shit.

One time I played 3 hours of The Specialist and went right to bed, it was a horrible night of gunfire and mayham.

That is very true, but it happens to be more real life situations for me. Like when I used to work for Fedex i'd come home and go to sleep and have these dreams where i'm laying in bed with a conveyor belt right beside me. I would then procede to load packages from my bed. They were the worst dreams ever.

I actually had a dream 2 nights ago that was similar to that, but instead of a conveyor belt by my bed, it was a bar. I was dreaming that the bar I go to was right beside my bed and I was ordering drinks and shit from my bed. It was actually pretty damn sweet.

We used to call it the Fedex nightmare. It happened to a lot of guys that worked there. It was so shitty because you knew it was a dream and you couldn't do anything about it, the whole time you're thinking why the hell am I loading boxes off a belt onto my bed.

I am a vivid dreamer. If I played a game before bed that I really enjoyed, I would be playing it all night in my sleep. The problem is that the game doesn't make sense in my dreams, and the dream becomes lucid. This is a problem because I wake up feeling like ass if I have intense lucid dreams.

The last video game dream I had was from world of warcraft. This level 60 night elf fucker had ganked me and camped my corpse for about an hour. I guess I was pissed off even after going to sleep, because I was repeatedly ganked all night long by that some night elf hunter, and I felt like shit the next morning. My sheets were wet from sweat, and I felt like I had just played in a football game. I decided to stop playing video games again, because apparently I get way too excited from them.

If something had me stressed out, i would dream about it. Football two-a-days would have me practicing in my sleep. My mom had to wake me a few times, because she said I was yelling and waking everybody in the house up.
One minute I was doing jumping jacks, and the next I was sleeping in my bed on the 40 yard line.

lawl, wow. Yeah same shit happens to me. I was like creating games with other players all in my head. Like playing it out and shit, it is hard to explain, but the game was fucking in my head. It was like I didn't even need the game because I could create it with my head, agh, it sucked. I'd wake up and hear gun shots and all the sounds from it.

Once like 5 months ago I had this squat goal that had been bothering me all week, I could not get my mind off of it. The night before I attempted it I had dreams of being in a gym trying to squat, but I kept falling over and shit. Stressed me out so much and my sleep was shit because of it.

Or how about those dreams that you have when you have something you really arent looking forward the next day. In your dream you finish whatever it is, then you wake up. FUCK!
