You have a pretty cool grandma. Happy birthday. I wish I could use a dipping belt for my home gym but I do chinups on my olympic bar and I don't think there's enough room for plates.

Happy birthday! Good to see you are investing into building a nice gym. I wouldn't get hooks but the dipping belt is nice to have. I would get a trap bar instead. You can do cool things with a dipping belt besides weighted chins and dips. You can do squats standing between two benches.

yeah when i was doing dips at the gym i'd have a 95lb db on it + my bw lol for 6-8reps haha. all the looks i got in the gym. why wouldn't you get them hooks for db's? after my next max-out in 6weeks i'm going to switch to db's for awhile. and i'd like to have them ready to go so i don't have to pickups a 95lb db's from the floor then on up

yeah lmao i basically have a gym lmao. I have a friend who works out with me and its kinda good to have a good workout partner, but i have to push him to go harder sometimes lol or do another set. i have $1000-1100 in it my grandpa told me that if its my "passion" then he'd do everythinghe can to support me. he buys me my supps/weights/ and etc. and my grandma helps me pickup the weightroom sometimes. i had her help me take down my 100lb heavy bag today and then hang it back up(i lifted it while she took the things off) and she also helped me pickup plates and rack them. lol we were playing rummy 500 tonight and she had like 185 point and i had 300-350 and my grandpa had 350-400 and i got delt and awesome hand (3 aces, 2wild cards, and 3 eights) and i asked my grandma if she wanted to trade hands(to be nice and help her) she traded me and she looked at the cards and started laughing lol.then she went out on me and grandpa lol.

btw my grandpa's name is Lonnie and my grandma's name is Sharon

And an early one at that.
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
    to improve their lives.
