    Wow does online poker suck

I'm delt with AA and go all in. It pays 3 places and there is 7 left out of 18. Three other call the all in. 1 has KK. Another QQ. one has A-10 of Diamonds. The game shows no pairs but puts up 3 more diamonds. AA, KK, QQ no good and I'm out of the game. That suck. No diamond on the last card and I'm in first place with 3 times the chips of the next player. 1st place paid $870 and third $310

Going into a 4 way pot all in is a recipe for disaster no matter what you hold. Way too many ways you can lose.

Although that hand sounds a little fishy. Who gets AA, KK, QQ in the same hand dealt to three different people?
Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.

The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.

Weird things happen in poker. I once saw a guy in a live game get 7 straights in a row (at a casino). They were all with hands like 74, 96, 26...

    It was pretty amazing.

Just a couple days ago I had AA and the flop came out AJJ and someone else at the table had JJ. That really sucked.

I had a tournament at my house and there was this one girl who had no idea what she was doing and she started going all in preflop every hand. After about 8 hands in a row someone finally caught KK and called her. This time she had AA though... and caught 2 more aces by the river. It was pretty funny... and completely legit. I know because I dealt it.

I've been burnt so many times, in fact it usually happens every fri night around 11:30 or so.

My last bad beat was 2 weeks ago. I was dealt 88 and my stack was on the smaller side so I pushed all in. The guy beside me calls with 66. So the flop comes k 10 6, so i'm hurtin pretty bad there then the turn comes...an 8, I have the higher set, woohoooo. Of course you know where this story is going. I get beat on the river by the only fucking card in the deck that I could lose to, goddamn 6.

Oh well, that kind of stuff happens all the time.

I've been doing very well. I'm up to $9,000 for profit so far. But I don't do tournements much.
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain...

Poker isn't gambling... it's more like investing.

I went to the casino once. I lost $20.00 and I will never go back. I am still pissed about that $20.00.
The only thing I will bet on is the situation where someone says I can't do something, and I know I can, so I make a bet to either shut them up or make some money off of them.
