do you ever4 feel pissed off? i'm usually pissed off at something 99% of the time. gosh i dunno why...todays training sucked. i smashed my finger so i had to stop trainin to ice it. and i got pissed about it and chucked a db across the room. ...i dont even think this MP works. i didnt even get barley apump at all. its if i havnt even trained. maybe bc its i'm not on no-xplode anymore and i got addicted to it. i dunno fuck.
It's better to be pissed off than pissed on. And getting a pump is not indicative of a good workout.
Maybe it's your body telling you that you need to take a break (deload). Try a week's worth of low volume and see how you feel next week.
