    fluctuation

    Anyone else have a fluctuation problem? With my work schedule some weeks I can train hard and others I can't train for shit. Example: I'll go down a pants size in like 3 days of a good training and the next week I'll miss 3days straight and lose all my progress. WTF is going on? I feel like ucking opera or something. Any advise?

    So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
    of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
    about another group that actually does something
    to improve their lives.

    could be maybe. Sodium intake is a bit high i guess.

    There are many other reasons for water retension. Search Google.
    So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
    of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
    about another group that actually does something
    to improve their lives.
