Talk about the good things drugs have done for you

I am so sick and tired of anti-drug commercials, teachers, parents, and ex-addicts only talking about the negative side of drugs. They only give half the story, and even then it’s a fucking lie.
"Drugs didn't ruin your life bitch, you did." Drugs didn't make you drop out of school and sell your body on the street", or whatever pathetic sob story they got.

"This is your brain on drugs"!

Really! It looks a lot like breakfast to me. Wtf are they trying to say?
I don't really care what they have to say, actually. Pot and shrooms have done me more good than I can ever repay in my lifetime. Pot and shrooms might have saved me from blowing my fucking brains out all over my room when I was 15.
But, you don't hear about that shit in the news, do you?

"This just in... a young boy realizes that life isn't all that serious in the first place and learns that even for a minute he can escape himself and be at peace with the world...now here's sports with Randy Patrick."

Here is another one: I invented a new food tonight which I will be eating once a day for the next month. Check this shit out:

I knew it was going to be something great when the idea first hit me. I am an artist of food good damn it. That shit was so fucking good! But, nobody ever talks about this shit in the news. 60 minutes has never covered a story on how fucking good food taste when I am baked out of my mind.

They never talk about how much I have laughed while I was tripping on shrooms. I have laughed for 5 hours straight until my chest hurt. I was almost suffocating because I was laughing too hard to get enough air in. I was rolling in mud in a pasture at 3:00am in the morning. I probably rolled through some cow shit, but I was laughing too hard to care.

I have read that laughter is healthy, and I know for a fact that it is. Comedy is a passion of mine. I am not the least bit funny until I smoke a bowl, but then my friends and I will laugh for two hours because someone said the word "Muffin" with a high-pitched voice because they were giggling when they tried to say it.

To this very day I will smile when I think about how much fun I had that night and how much better I felt the next day. I think I laughed my problems away. But they never talk about shit like this in the media. You have to watch a movie by somebody that has been there and remembers what it was like to get high and say fuck it all. Just think about Dazed and Confused.

Well. This went a lot longer than I wanted it too. Sorry, but I sort of went off on a tangent there. Fuck it, I am hungry again. I think I am going to go make me another steak salad.
Discuss some of the good things drugs have done for you. Tomorrow I guess we will resume with the usually drugs are bad attitude.
“I used to do drugs. I still do drugs. But I used to, too.”

    i agree and i disagree

Drugs can be great. They can be used for self-discovery, get away from your crappy life, have a laugh, have some fun.

But the truth is, they are freakin addictive. Not for everyone, but most. Once someone touches a drug, most likely they will keep using it. And don't say, "oh, i'm not addicted. I can stop, but I just don't want to". Bull mother fucken crap. I use to say the same shit when I smoked weed almost every day for 8 years straight. But truth is, I was effin hooked. Not physically, but psychologically. Weed let me get away from my problems, run from my stresses. But really, I wasn't resolving shit, just running. And that's not a good approach to your daily problems. I needed that shit man. Not because my body needed it, but beacuse it was a temporary fix to all my problems. And I knew nothing better than "it".

But after smoking the shit for so long, it starts to turn on you. Probably not for everyone, but it did for me. That's when I needed to stop, and damn glad I did. When your 'HIgh" all the time, you don't realize all the things you miss out on if you we're instead sober. Do you realize how lazy you are when your high? I never felt like doing shit. That's me anyhow, but everyone's different.

But hey, if you can use drugs "recreationally" from time to time, to get away from your shitty life, then go for it. But personally, I wouldn't suggest it for the general public. Most people will get hooked and will be denying it or not knowing you we're hooked until your too deep into it. And not to mention weed is the gateway drugs to harder drugs. And that's the TRUTH. Not BS government propganda shit. I believe it is whole-heartedly.

oh kelju, i'm not purposely cussing at you. I have a couple beers in me at the moment, I like to swear when I"m drunk.

Those commercials are such bullshit. How about some commercials of fat kids eating candy and them developing diabetes and having heart problems at age 35, that would be good.

true i agree with this , drugs are great from time to time but if you are going to smoke it like ciggarettes like a daily routine then mostly your life will be ruined ..... it's very hard to quit drugs ... it's makes you happy with no stress , gives you self confidence , but at last you won't be able to train/work/practice your daily life/also you'll need to get more sleeping hours, more food , rest, wich is not possible when you have duties..

We are walking drug factories, with out the odd chemical reactions in our bodies be they accidental phenoms produced by our own fucked up system or purposefully fueled by the consumption of something be it coffee, alcohol or LSD life would be so unbearably boring. Think about it, there are some folks born who are living everyday as one long LSD trip just due to some chemical imbalance..........I need some chemical, I've been indulginging in one of my other favorite drugs too long today, polishits......I mean politics.....lets see melatonin-check, fluoride - check good night.......

Drugs can be good and bad. Of course the obvious things are addictive and can simply ruin your life. The pros of it would have to be it makes you fell better and take away the pain. I have never used anything other than 2 cycles of steroids in my life, along with some prescribed vicadon. I am glad I never got mixed up into anything else, I am also sure steroids can be addictive, but never was for me.

That is how I felt. The anti-drug people are so lame, and they are liers. Kids are dumb, but they can spot other people's dishonesty real fast. Truth commercials make me want to start smoking cigarettes again. When someone tells me not to do something, and gave a stupid reason for why I shouldn’t do it, it then becomes my mission in life to do that thing they told me not to do.

Music sounds better when I am high.
My thoughts are more entertaining when I am high.
I don't get mad at things when I am high.
Food taste better when I am high.
My creativity takes quantum leaps when I get high.
My fear of people goes away when I am high...sometimes.
I drive less aggressive and more safely when I am high.
I love my life more when I am high.
I love myself more when I am high.

Anybody who says drugs make you less productive is full of shit. I'm sorry, but it is the truth.

STOP BLAMING THE TOOL FOR THE ACTIONS OF THE USER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am 10 times more productive when I am high. I smoke a bowl, then go jog, then smoke a bowl, then go workout, then smoke a bowl, then go buy groceries, etc. If I have class, I do not smoke 3 to 4 hours before class to allow the haze to clear so I can pay attention. I handle my business like a champion.

It effects people differently, I know kids who dropped out of school because they didn't have the motivation to go anymore. But, on the other side my GPA was 4.25 last semester and went to school baked everyday. I did not like to work out when I was high though. I could feel more acutely and the burning you get while working out hurt like shit to me.

i agree with you at most of the points , lol but i disagree about smoking then working out ...that's bs ..drugs could make you calm but you need to be hyper to workout or make any activity .. also hash never made me drive safely .....it also f*cks your lunges ... the only thing i like to do when i'm high is to sit down wandering and listening to music and playing chess ... but workout..wtf... but i agree with you about the benefits .....

God damn! I dont know whats funnier; the commercail or someone describing it!

Again, its less cheesy cuz now its funny!

But that tricycle one is pretty old, but its still not as bad as the ones they played before it. Now the commercials they play show that smoking weed doesnt kill you, just makes you a lil lazy. Id say thats accurate.
