Shoulda kept the collars off![]()
This has more shock appeal (great spot):
Is that a suicide grip?
looked like 205 and he had the collars on like a fucking idiot.
Who the fuck puts the collars on when solo lifting?

What a dumb fuck.
That 2nd one didn't look like too much fun.
Dont know why a guy that size is trying to max out without a spotter anyways. Looks like it maybe the first time he has ever touched weights?
That second made me cringe, that must of hurt, what a shit spotter..
Male, 38 years old, 5ft 11", 187lbs
Goals; 10k sub 46mins 10 mile sub 77 mins
half marathon sub 120 mins
^Made me cringe too.
The spotter almost caused it, helping him lift it off then practically dropping it in his hands. Is that normal?

You can roll 315lbs. (90% of my max) down to your lower abs - as long as you don't waste time thinking... sit up, and deadlift it off without too much trouble, collars on.
BTW - I got tired of being a dumbass and bought a bench with safety catches.
Edit: Just noticed Fishbait's comment.
Leaves some "hellashious" bruises, though!
