There was this device I saw at a medieval torture museum in France called the pear. It was used on gay man hundreds of years ago. It was pear-shaped, hence the name, but the fat end had a pointed tip so it could be inserted into your ass. Then there was a handle that stuck out the other end which would cause the pear to open up like an umbrella. Pretty terrible.

Stuffed In a box thats pretty bad. I watched some special of the notorius Killer the Iceman And he put people in caves and sliced there bodies up while they were still alive and then let the rats eat them alive. Sick

Those medival torture instruments were prety gruesome. Another one that comes to mind is the Iron Maiden.

Crusifying someone is pretty messed up. Not so much violent but the act holds so many connotations to make it violent and hated.
