    Pressure Points

I forget which thread we had one of you guys put up about a who would win in a fight something a long those lines. But any way I wanted to know if any of you guys ever see any body hit in a pressure point and they just buckle. I know the usual temple and chin and for most men I hope the love below...lol.. but seriously I want to know if they work. Kill Bill was on the other night and they did the 5 point heart explosion.

Yeah if preassure point techniques worked so well, they'd use the non lethal ones in MMA. Unfortunately people won't stand still so you can hit the preassure point. Same reason kung fu doesn't work. It's more show than go. It's why the "ghey" stuff like BJJ works.

I defy any man not to be a bit buckled after a BJ.

Actually if you go by round BJ PENN beat Matt Hughes 3 out of 4 rounds in both fights. The last fight BJ dislocated his rib at the end of the 2nd round, and couldn't fight the 3rd round obviously. It wasn't because he was gassed.

Hughes couldn't even take Penn down, he barely got one takedown on him, which Penn turned into a sub on him, and it would have been over then if he had 20-30 more seconds.

You're a traitor to BJJ. I'm sending Rickson to your house right now.

True Story, I've been studying Karate Kid, the movie lately, and I've picked up some deadly techniques.

Most people will let you grab there hands in a fight...you might only have a second or two but if you know how you can break their wrist and some fingers in a split second. After that the fight is over.

I remember this old guy at my past job tell me when he fights he bites, throws sand into eyes, etc. I said "thats not really good fighting." He said, "well you want to win, dont you?"

On the street, you do anything you can to win.
