    What's a blue book?

One of my college assignments for history is to turn in a blue book, but I don't know what the hell it is....

Blue book. Owned by one of my family dearest friends Russel kelly and his brothers. Gives you a used car value. Russle RIP my friend and hope alheimers didn't make you forget about us....REAVES

just a little note: My mother is taking care of Russle for the famoly and they are at my house. Russle goes to the bathroom. Approx 20 min's goes by and he not back. I decide to look for him and find him in my bedroom trying on my clothes cause he has to go to work. Hell he hadn't worked in over ten years. LOL

A blue book is a little blue book with like 10-20 pieces of paper in it... professors like to use them in college, you usually bring one with you for an essay exam to write in.

If he is having you turn them in, it's probably so he can hold on to them and give them out when the test comes to ensure no one is cheating.

What MW said. A few of my classes required the blue books. Go to the student store and ask the clerk.

Spot on . Where I go, Blue Books for exams are provided, but at my previous college you had to buy them from the campus book store and we had to turn them in as well.
