    Dead chicken workout

Well as some of you might have noticed I have been arguing with a few of the girls here. Most of the argument is just two groups set in there ways and not wanting to give any credit to the other party. So this got me thinking, and I decided to try some new things in the gym and see If I was wrong.

Well this first experiment is called the dead chicken workout.

    Oct 9, 2006 Bench day

    Warm-up Set 1: 135x15
    Warm-up Set 2: 185x10

    Set 1. 275x8
    set 2. 295x8
    set 3. 315x6
    set 4. 315x10

Well as you can see set 4 was amazing and let me tell you why. Instead of having my workout partner spot me during this heavy and dangerous lift I had him cut the head off a live chicken and shake it's dead body over me while I lifted. Amazing I got 10 reps and my best before that was only 5 in my 4th set.

Well minutes later as we were being escorted out of the gym by the Police I could not help but feel I had learned something positive about training and found I have a new respect for other peoples opinions.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

How unoriginal, it's not like they don't do this everyday in Paraguay...
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012
