I'm not 100% certain on this, but what they're aiming for, is that you won't be allowed to even rip MP3s. Even if you legally purchased the CD and an MP3 player. I suppose one work around would be to have a seperate computer with an older operating system that still permits you to Rip CD's and DVD's.
