I was just about to ask that a couple off days ago, I can copy it frame by frame but that takes too long.

If you don't like installing an extension, there's also I site which allows you to insert the url of sites like youtube and then it downloads it for you.

I forgot the name...

My version is Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.0.7) Gecko/20060909 Firefox/1.5.0.7 ... Not 100% sure if that's the current.

I've read up on it a bit. It may be that YouTube has changed things behind the scene to stop this extension from working.

I look into it some more.

First off you need an app like URL helper to grab the actual URL. Select your adapter and begin sniffing. Then you have to be smart enough to figure out which url is the actual url. They are not all encoded in .fla format. Some have a very long random url, and you have to add the flv/fla extention to the file to get it to play, and even then convert it to wmv if you don't like watching gay porn in flash. You can use a download manager like HI Download to DL the url. URL helper will give you like 30 urls... you figure out which one is correct, copy paste it into HI Download. It downloads it, then you rename the file with a flv/fla extention to get it to play in flash player, assuming you have flash player.

That's a basic run down of how you ACTUALLY do it.
