Thread: Scrambled Mind for Breakfast

Somewhere around six this morning I started having really confusing almost nightmarish dreams, then my dogs started barking crazily, I woke up to make them shutup than fell back to sleep. I started having crazy images and shit, crazier than usual I might add, then I felt really super confused when my girlfriends daughter came out and asked if there was an earthquake cause her room shook, I was so out of it trying to concentrate on this awful nightmarish dream that I looked around the room and the images were still superimposing over objects, but I heard the rain and thought must be thunder so I told her and she went back to bed...then I instantly regained full clarity of mind and it hit me maybe something did happen cause the dogs were going crazy then too...I started out of bed and the power cutoff, first thing I heard was the UPS for this PC going off so I came in to shutdown...then I spent my day waiting for the power to come on 14 hours after 7:10AM, it was rainy, flash flood warnings, Earthquakes, I slipped in my puppies piss cause there was no daylight/nor artificial light in the dark hallway, everyone was belly aching about nothing to eat as I ate plain tuna from a can, and oatmeal I let sit with warm water for a while, still not fully mushy but edible, they ran around like chickens with their heads chopped off I read a book and listened to music on my MP3 player they all thought was a waste of money, then I watched a movie on my laptop, recharged the baterry from the inverter attached to the battery that 2 solar panels recharge in between days like this, and watched another one, napped, redid all the songs on my MP3 player and walked around my hood, my neighbors were all yelling and fighting and bickering. It's amazing how pissed people get when they can't get their boobtube fix isn't it???

Haha, that’s good shit man. Not that you were in an earthquake, but because you were prepared. We lose power for about a week every time we get nailed by a hurricane. I lost power for a week when Katrina hit us. I was also prepared. I had a Nintendo DS with extra batteries, and lots of budlight.
