How is this going to help Kenwood? It doesn't say anything about how to find more Internet pedophiles.
Check out this for Sex_Ed. Finally, a class even Kenwood could enjoy!![]()

So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
to improve their lives.

thats a University, not a college~!
TORONTO (Reuters) - An undergraduate program at Canada's august University of Toronto offers discussions on flogging, restraint, and role-play, as well as an arts course called "Queerly Canadian.
"I would estimate -- of course I don't ask -- that 50 percent of our students are not queer-identified by any use of that term, which is great," he said.

Only 50%?
What does queer-identified mean?

yes but they are structured differently and tend to be more vocational oriented (usually offer a 2 year accelerated program with work placement).

Our universities would be equivalent (sort of) to a US college, where you can take 3 and 4 year undergrad degree studies, but then it differs in that you can also take granduate and doctoral studies. I think in the US you go from college (undergrad) to university (Is that correct?)

Up here college and university are very different - like Gordo said colleges are mostly vocational/trade schools and universities are degree oriented - most colleges you can only get a diploma, not a BA or BSc or Masters. The tutition is also quite different with college being about $2200 a year and University being upwards of $7000 which is why many people are choosing to go to college instead now.
U of T is one of the best schools in Canada so it doesn't surprise me they have a program like that. You should hear some of the freaky stuff people take here. My friend is in a Masters of Cultural Communication program where she is learning how to basically be a missionary with a Masters Degree - waste of time if you ask me but oh well.
Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.
The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.
They are pretty much the same thing, University and College. I think the only difference being that a university has a bigger focus on research, while a college has a bigger focus on learning.
For example, a Canadian University will hire a man who doesn't speak English, can't teach worth shit, but does amazing research and publishes a paper in a world class journal every month.
A college on the other hand will hire someone if they can effectively communicate their ideas and the course content to the student.
I could and am probably wrong, but this is what I've seen from my experiences.
