Let me just put it this way...
For all of you that work in an office I hope you realize that your network/systems administrator can see EVERYTHING if they want to, this includes your email, anything on your harddrive, etc.
Does that mean they site and read everyone's email daily, of course not, who would have the time or desire to do such a thing, but if they want to they can, and there are situations where they are be told to give an upper manager access to all of your "stuff".
