Definately worth the $$$ to see it in the theater. The training scenes look like they won't disappoint at all. Looks like it will be interesting. I hope Rock knocks Tarver's block off. Too bad Talia isn't playing Adrian though.

It looks pretty good. They're also supposed to be making it on a very small budget. Similar to how the original one was made.

Agreed. I happened to be surprised in how interested I was into the movie after seeing the trailer.

The first one was great b/c he lost. He was a loser that got a shot at the gold ring and he came up short. That's heroic.

it depends on how you judge him, you can say Arnold is a bad actor too, but if you judge both of them as "action stars" they are top notch, if you compare them to Al Pacino, yeah you're right they suck ass.

There are actors who are capable of playing action stars. How about Sean Connery as James Bond? How about when Al Pacino played Scarface? I just don't think Sly is good, and I don't find anything particularly interesting about the Rocky storyline. Underdog wins the fight; whoopdie doo.
