One sneaky thing you can do is ask him, "If I bought you cologne, would you wear it?"
Does that mean he doesn't like to wear it or he doesn't wear it because he doesn't have it.
And if his girlfriend got him a cologne would he wear it?
My boyfriend doesn't wear it and I'm wondering if getting him cologne would be a good idea?
Or what would be a sneaky way to ask him?

Take him with you to Macy's and pass by the colonge department and see what catches his attetion.
Some guys don't like colonges, could be cause they are allergic or that it doesn't smell the same.

you cannot just say "hey, why don't you wear cologne?"
he will probably say one of three things:
-I don't have any cologne
-I don't like to wear cologne
-I never thought about wearing cologne

I think he would like it. Just buy him some you like and see. If he doen't like it you can send it to me!

well, I don't wear cologne because it gives me a headache, so he may have a reason for not wearing it...you should ask him first.

very true, which is why I read the book 'Men are from Mars, Woman are from Venus', I highly recommend it!

Many men don't wear cologne because the smell bothers them. Definitely ask him and don't assume.
dump him and go for a dude that smells good
I don't want to aks him directly, because if I do, he'll know what I'm getting him.
I dont wear it but thats through choice, most of my male buddies wear it, a couple of them bath in it i think, by the smell of it. Ive never been one for aftershave and my girlfriend says that its nice to smell the real person and not something out of a bottle....i dont think i smell bad...i hope....

I don't wear any of that crap just because I really don't want to. I have about 7 or 8 different kinds that I've aquired over the years. It makes me feel like a douche also like I'm trying to get noticed

I only wear the more expensive stuff, I don't like to smell like your average club jockey all wearing CK1 or whatever the most popluar fragrance is...I only wear it when I go out with my GF, otherwise I just use the underarm deodorant that comes with the cologne.
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

The proper way to wear it is to spray it from forehead level in front of you and then step into the mist...

Just get one that smells good. He will wear it and appreciate it if he appreciates you.
