That's apples to oranges. One is a dress watch and the other is not.
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
    to improve their lives.

If it were me, I wouldn't want a watch, but if I had to choose I would pick the first one in blue instead of red.

Seriously... If you want to get him a "Manly Watch" then get him an Atomic Solar watch from G-Shock

Oh... but given the choices you provided I'd prefer the first (Fossil) watch.

Don't buy the fossil. I have 3 and they all stop working after 6 to 8 months.

G-shcok is a bit too sporty. I want something a bit more dressy. European style.

Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

I fixed it. The reason it didn't work was because they added question mark at the end.

Ok, the first one looks like a leather cuff from a "gimp" suit.

The third is cool but is a tad bit on the "Elton John" look.

I'd go with the second one.

If you can't afford a quality watch, don't bother. Anything in your price range is going to be of lesser quality. Next idea...
