I heard this was discovered a long ways back, but the oil company's or some shit offered a very large sum of money for the patents. I don't know if it is true.
Water used to help power cars as a hybrid car assist. This has already passed all gov emissions and safety testing.

First how much electricity does it need to convert water to the gas? Second, where do these plumbers get their electricity if the home is being built and hasn't had the power cut on yet? Third he's trying to pretend his car is a perpetual motion machine, but he needs to have sufficient onboard electrical storage to convert that water to a gas so it can be harnnessed as power for the car...thats where Hydrogen fuel cell cars have him is the light weight storage they save when they don't need to carry the water and batteries to power the vehicle, they do basically the same thing except they store the fuel made in another process in tanks and the fuel cell uses it as power and then recombines it with oxygen in the air as exhaust.
Also you can't just use tap water you need distilled water so that the impurities don't foul up the fuel cells...
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams

no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012
1. Haven't seen the requirements yet ...
2. All construction projects are required to have a temporary power source for the guys to run their power tools. It's in the building codes ...
3. I didn't see the attempt at being a perpetual motion machine. Just saw that he was combining electrolisys and water to create more power from the energy he started with ...
His system is cheaper by far because he doesn't need to do anything more than use distilled (boilled water with the steam recondensed seems pretty low cost so far) water that can be recaptured and reused.
Looks like a good upgrade on some older technology and a great continuation in a very much needed direction.

It takes more energy to split the water than it does to just use the enrgy straight up, of course it's great as a welding, cutting tool...just not as an energy alternative
2. In Hawaii many of the homes that are being built in the outer Islands are off grid and they use generators so they would need to know how much electricity this thing would draw from their generators...
