Of the two I'd prefer the Ken Cole (round) watch.

The Kenneth Cole watch looks nicer, but they are garbage. I have one that someone got me for a gift, it clanks like an aluminum can on my wrist, and it keeps poor time.

The second looks like one I have in a better brand so I say go with the first...
