No leg shots? I asked if he wanted to, but he liked the shorts look. I will post a few pics I took in my hotel room the day after the shoot with some back and legs. Just remember that I have not trained either of those bodyparts for over a year!

Thanks so much for your comments Rob!

Oh yes! Next show is the IFPA Pro Southern States on May 5th. There is no offseason. I am actually fuller and harder right now than at the shoot because I never went off my diet and now am training heavier.

I am now up to about 218 at 5% bodyfat. And the bodyfat # will be maintained all winter.

Thanks for your comments my friend.

Thank you guys and gals for your kind and encouraging words. I am grateful. This was my first site that I became moderator on, and I am so happy to see how it has grown. Kudos to Robert, all of the mods, and all of the great members.

I am going to try and become more involved with the site again soon. I just gave Rob a couple of articles, and I will try to be around to answer more questions.

Thanks again

Killer physique GP! Your all natural aint you? I hope this wasn't a stupid question LOL but this is what I thought.

Mad props to you....Your a big inspritation along with your big body! Sorry to hear about the injury. Also, I'm looking forward to those articles, I enjoyed reading a few others by yourself awhile ago.

Cow Pimp - If you don't train your legs you're a dumbfuck. I'm not going to elaborate on why. If it isn't obvious to you, then you deserve the marginal results that you get and hideously unbalanced/injury prone physique that you will build.

Thank you so much for the kind words.

Yes, I am a lifetime natural, although I did use prohormones a few times when they were legal. My body was built through years of hard work and dedication, and only OTC supplements.

Your welcome. Yea I guess it would take alot of time and hard work either way.

If you don't mind me asking, what Bodytype are you? How would you rate your genetics?

I doubt I will ever achieve a phsique like that, yea I work my balls off, its just impossible because I'm a pure endo with the 'greatly blessed endo' feature's. I naturally, have wide hips, sloaping shoulders, no chest filling and rubbish calves, arms. My long term goal would be to look more like this, however, more realistically I could look like a PL or something.
