Besides Bittorent are there any good & safe p2p progs out there?

I usually use BT for everything nowadays, but it sucks for downloading single songs or music files.

What does everyone use? I have used kazaa lite and limewire pro, but both are not safe at all.

    Any suggestions??

I dont see how downloading a direct mp3 file from limewire isnt safe,Ive never had any backlash from it.

what do u mean besides bit torrent? bit torrents about as safe as iraq.

the only safe way to do it and even this isnt fool proof is to download RAR files from upload sites like RS and MU with good passwords on them.

oh and if ur downloading from torrents dont use places like isohunt and torrentspy. but if u have to make sure ur using peerguardian

I use isohunt, and torrentspy all the time. They are fine to use. I have never downloaded a virus, or spyware, or adware. Firewall is normally off and I dont have any anti virus program. You're fine. If you're downloading porn though, don't accept any license agreements.

You are playing with fire. It's a matter of time until your computer does nothing.

I use Bearshare. It is great to get any kind of file! Plus it seems excellent safety-wise. Then again, I do have 2 anti-virus, Firewall, Anti-Spyware and Anti-Adware protection installed.

I reccomend you ditch any version of Kazaa, and do it fast!!!
Cow Pimp - If you don't train your legs you're a dumbfuck. I'm not going to elaborate on why. If it isn't obvious to you, then you deserve the marginal results that you get and hideously unbalanced/injury prone physique that you will build.

Right I havent used that in a while.

I know BT is safe, that's what I said in my first post guys...
It's just not good for downloading one song at a time.

It's good for albums yes, but not single songs.
I'll look into the ones you have mentioned though, thanks.

    Napster is neato...
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

Get with a group of like minded folks, get firefox, get the add-on called Dai.sy and you can each share your folders full of what ever you want...
