    Mortgage

How much is your mortgage a month? I just bought a house and mine is pretty ridiculous. I'm curious as to what everyone else pays.

More than how much it costs, it's how much of it eats into your per capital income.

The good side is the tax deduction.

I don't know what the market is in your area (philly?) though.

I pay 920 for a 2000 sq. ft. home. The interest rate is 4.85 percent, fixed.

Is your mortgage fixed or an ARM?

I thought you rented, knowing that buying now was a financial mistake.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.

It is a fixed rate DOMS. Believe Dale if you could see the deal we got you wouldn't think it was a mistake. It appraised for 30K more then we bought it for. Its brand new. You can find some good deals out there now.

wow, thats awesome. My rate is 6.875. 100% financing. I have settlement today. I actually get money back. The loan is 100%. I didnt' have to split it 80/20. I still avoided the PMI.
