You could probably be careful and not get anything if you knew they had it,buttt......Also if your a poor bumb you could probably have more fun on that million with a shortned life than you could with a full life.

I know there is laws for some std's but I don't if herpes is one of them. This girl is now knocked up with her 2nd child. She is very good looking and now everyone knows about the herpes and they still bang her

Is there a legal side to such madders? It should be, in my opinion, her responsibility to tell the partner her situation.
I suppose it would be difficult to enforce. Say two people meet up in a bar, both smashed out of the minds. It would be difficult to enforce the law in that situation. Still, I'd be all for a law. Just for society's protection. Would not want to publicize the event, but it should be her legal, and moral obligation to inform her partner if she something he or she should know about.

They're bringing a case to court in Cali over whether or not people that do that should face criminal charges

Had she informed me before hand I wouldn't have publicized it,but if she don't tell me until after then I want to make her pay.I am really not an angry person I just din't think she should get away with that,she atleast needs some humiliation.

Oh yeah, he told everyone including the girl's mom when he seen her at the bar. Now he's pretty much screwed because everyone knows about and no chicks want to sleep with him anymore. It one double edged sword situations, if don't say anything she gets away with it, if you do say something you kinda f#ck yourself as far as chicks go.

Well yes but that is not the issue, today is the world aids day and if you wear a condom you dont get it. So I was wondering if people accept the idea of sex with someone that has aids.

ive also read the transmition rate after just 1 exposure is also low. i could be wrong but i think i read that somewhere.
