I reconize one. Hes in the sleeveless black shirt. Hes been the same size for years. Never smaller nor bigger. Hes always doing odd ball workouts and once again, I never knew why.

But no I dont know them. The gym they are at is 30 min away. Its an up to date Golds, unlike mine, but Ive been there many times.

I viewed the YouTube comments and noticed people were asking why they didnt use a damn barbell considering they have 3-4 spotters.

They said the incline benches (2) were taken up. Why not wait for one or jump in? I dont think many people will have a problem with them!

It gets packed with the stereotyped gym rats. Muscle heads like these guys, women who wear make up, trainers that know squat, etc

I wouldn't doubt if they always use the smith because they can use more weight. I rep 3 plates easily on that thing for incline work, and I'm not that strong. The freeweight inclines at my gym are steep as hell.

Like I said to P, the one guy I reconize, he actually keeps a journal and is always writing down shit. Ive seen him workout for years now and never have I seen progress. Of course, I dont know what his goal is really, but hes never gotten bigger nor smaller, hes never gone up in intensity, he never does any sort or power or speed sets, Ive never seen him do cardio...

I kinda wonder if when he picks up the notepad if he writes: "Dont....do...that.....shit again."

I looked at his "back day" video and it was full of the worst form I've ever seen. The guy was "focusing on the contraction" 180 lbs. on lat pulldowns swinging his lower back like a pendulum. And his rows weren't much better. This is supposed to impress us?

Well 300lbs pulldowns are always good, however I do believe hes about to hit the back of his head off of the floor. I condone cheating now and then, but thats ridiculous.

I honestly havent watched the whole thing. What sparked my interest and laughter was that I found this vid as a comment on a girl's MySpace page. I guess this was supposed to impress her. Just what every girl wants, a LONG ass video of slabs of meat working out.

Ive seen lots and lots of people suing that kind of form, in fact a lot of old timers use it.

In his comments he talks about not having an injury in his 10 years of training. Yeah, thats what I said before my disk injury...and my form was no where near as bad as his.

Oh and I thought his shrugs were the worst of all exercises. Even the YouTube public thought so!

I haven't done pull downs in years (I lack the equipment), but damn, I know shitty form when I see it. That can't be good for his back or his shoulders.

I went through the comments to the video that P-funk posted. The guy may have bad form, but he's seems nice enough and a bit humble.

Someone called him on his poor form and he responded with this, "thanks for the advice I will go lighter next time and leave my ego at the door lol".

    He seems pretty decent.
