KEFE, are you in seventh grade? Did you play football this year? I think you should. At laest one of your classes will be working out so you can get in some cardio and even power workouts on the weights, they might even force you to do more squats...

Don't bother with football Kefe, unless you want to risk being gimped up at 23. Football was fun, but now all sorts of things pop and grind from repeated injuries in highschool. My buddy in the band put it best when I called him a pussy for playing in the band rather than football.
