    Aim 6.0

New AIM is out, I can't find a deadaim or deadaim-esque feature to work for this new version. I loved having all my conversations logged and the ability to hide or make everything transparent, deadAIM was the shit. Is there a way to make my dead AIM work w/ the new AIM, or a new deadAIM ish thing I can download? Deadaim hasnt upgraded since 4.5.

I don't do instant messaging at all.

However, you might want to try GAIM. See if that's more to your liking. It's compatible with all the major IM protocols.

DeadAIM was purchased by AOL and retired. I think I read that. DeadAIM is dead.

God damnt. Well is says that you can apparently use a log feature on this but I can't get it to work. I like this new updated version, but is there any plugin like deadaim out there? Transparency, good logging, invisibility, etc were great.

Only the first page and then the plug in list, it looks like it completely takes over AIM.

    Have you looked into Trillian?
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

I read the descrip, I see no need for that for me personally. AIM is all I need but this new version bites ass.
