    We all know Chris Aceto is a standup guy with a great deal of knowledge of bodybuilding-related nutrition and pre-contest dieting. Have any of you picked up this specific book or any of his others? The book is no longer in print so I would have to order it online and I usually like reading parts of a book before buying.

    I never have read it, no.

    I have read a number of his artciles in flex or muscle and fitness back like 8 or 9 years ago when I used to read that rubbish. But, nothing recently.

    Are you looking to diet? How is your health? Are you back to normal health that you should be doing a diet like this?

    and he puts it in an easy-to-understand way...concerning overtraining or what percentage of protein/carbs u need for dieting/bulking
