I don't know why but it just isn't registering as funny in my humor sector tonight, maybe because seeing (is that Justin Timberlake?)playing a wanna be Barry White is pathetic...
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

Haha, that was actually pretty funny.

Timberlake has been a part of a few good skits I thought. I like this one:

SNL has hit a real dry spell IMO. These past couple of seasons have really not lived up to the SNL seasons of the past.

True story, I stopped watching SNL since Kattan and Ferrel left. Probably other too I can't remember. Basically when Fallon and others who were just featured cast members became head casts I stopped watching. That was like 3-4 years ago.

agreed. SNL has just gotten embarrassing lately. Some (or rather most) of their skits have gotten simply annoying- stretching out a single, unfunny joke across a 5 minute sketch. Honestly, their humor is the same as All That 10 years ago, and that was a children's show.

That said, Dick in a Box was pretty damn funny. I actually caught the Justin Timberlake episode and it was a step up from SNL's usual crap. I even gained a little respect for Justin. It was nice to see him not taking himself too seriously, and his music is less trying to be Eminem and is more something of his own.

I thought he did quite well in the skits that I saw. Surprised me.

I havent watched SNL since Ferrell and Kattan left either. I HATE the weekend update now.

In all reality, I havent thought SNL was a "hit" since Farley, Spade, Miller, Myers, Sandler..etc(!) left the show. God, there were so many good skits back then.

My favorite parts are the 'intructions,' the other holidays, and the arrest scene.

I gotta tell you, I've watched that clip over a dozen times so far. It cracks me up every time. It's just something about everyone's mannerisms, like the look on the chicks' faces when they open the box, or how smug the guys are about it all.
