I will be buying a bench today. I ask you I-M members to help me find the best one for my money. I would prefer it to be a "bench press" bench, if that makes sense. A bench that has the arms to hold an olympic bar. It doesn't have to be one like that. I could also use a regular bench since I have a squat cage.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.

I would like one that can do incline. I do not bench that much weight. 250 is my current max and I doubt I will ever get to much past that.

I'd rather have a hammock, do they have hammock presses?
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012
the second sucks, I would go with the first or third, take squaggleboggins idea, and buy a pair of horsesaws to use as a safety rack, when doing squats
go with the first one, and don't get any of the accessories
