    Post Dreams and Goals

What are your most important dreams and goals for your future? call it a curiousity, but I would like to see what, if any, I might have in common with y'all

raising my kids then traveling.... i'm looking at a house i might invest in as a means of affording the travel later. $160,000 home on 15 acres in a rapidly developing area.

15 acres for 160,000!!!! Holy Crap. An acre around here is over 200K.

One goal of mine is to be really good at my job, start working more on the road, and making more $$$. Then everything is easy.

the home w 15 acres was just inherited by my kid's paternal grandmother and is like a 3 hr drive from her. i think i should just rent it n that would give her the money to buy the house right next to her and assure her peace n quiet on her property n give her some more space without letting go of land that has been in their family 60+ years. or have her start the process of buying the house next to her, which is a bigger home but with less land, n i'll rent that and that will help her pay for that without selling the other. either way i see baby goats and chickens in my near future... n a puppy. maybe a horse. then i will take my time n find something to buy that will be more profitable as rental property when i'm older n can travel.

Get my on-line exotic car parts business off the ground and being able to do what I love day in and day out. Once I'm done with school and can focus fully on the business, I want to become the premier exotic vehicle tuner in the US which includes a retail store/warehouse somewhere in the Miami area. Then travel around the world driving on all the famous race tracks and events (Nurburgring, Goodwood festival of speed...ect.)

Oh yeah and get to 180lbs with 5% BF (currently 175lbs with 19% BF )

Get through school eventually and possibly move on to working with athletes or teaching. I have been thinking about teaching a lot lately, but I would need grad school for that.

In the short term, I want to pick up some a few hours a week working on the side, add more hours working with clients (Come on NY resolution peeps/more consistency from current client el...), and get my car sold and work on getting a newer one. I also want to become my own mechanic. I'm tired of fucking mechanics.

Cow Pimp - If you don't train your legs you're a dumbfuck. I'm not going to elaborate on why. If it isn't obvious to you, then you deserve the marginal results that you get and hideously unbalanced/injury prone physique that you will build.

number one is to finish school and get a job. with those two goals achieved my next goal is to help my parents pay off their mortgage on their house, next is to save up capital and eventually turn it into enough money to allow my parents to retire somewhere nice.

I want to get out of the military and finish my degree in finance. Then I would like get my CPA and work somewhere and build up good amount of clients. Once established, I would take all those people and start my own firm and flip houses on the side.

Get certified as a PT, go to school and get a History/Phys Ed degree. Pay off my folks mortage so they can move to Panama. Be a superhero, help people get in shape and school 'em in History at the same time.
