I hit it today. Probably won't tomorrow. Between presents and the feast (we're hosting) I'll be so swamped with "honey doos" I doubt my dance card will have room for much more.

My mother is making the usual italian dinner. But when I saw Ground Chuck with 23g of FAT, I was pissed. Meat balls made with lean or even extra lean meat isnt bad at all. I dont know why she does this...
In any case, I wont be working out either. I would though! I just dont have ANY home equipment.

Gym is closed and it is a day off anyway. Wouldn't train if the gym was open. I wouldn't mind going if I planned to go on that day. However, with the way my workouts have been going recently I might stay away because I wouldn't want to get too pissed off on Christmas.

My gym will be closed today, dec 25th...That makes me mad, oh well whatever, I'll go to the gym on tuesday, in the meantime, I'm hitting my arms at home and at work...
I just got back from a 10k run. It was awesome, no traffic, no people, nice weather...good times and got home in time to make the g/f breakfast!![]()

This is my down week and will mostly be doing some cardio and heavy bag work. I will resist the wts as much as I can.However, most of my down weeks I eventually hit the wts a little but with very lite wt and higher reps.
