no, I just did what the manual said, it scans for it, but in some places it doesn't work, you have to be in a "hotspot". If your in a good area the speed is unbelievable. Originally Posted by AKIRA

The speed is dependant apon the wifi bandwidth, not the PSP as i believe the card is 100 mbit.

big dyl- have you ever had your psp play vids off youtube/google video? my psp keeps saying not enough memory when I try, so no matter how good the connection, you can't watch videos?

I just updated to version 3.03 this thing is so cool, it is like a internet/ps2/mp3 player/TV/DVD player/Storage device/on and on, it is incredible... get one.
