it's kinda loose n ending the 1st week of april. improvement can be putting on muscle, losing fat, cleaning up a bad diet, implementing self-discipline... whatever it is that you are working on related to bb and fitness.
it would be nice to have more people get involved.![]()

On Topic:
I really like this idea. I took photos of myself today first thing in the morning with cold muscles. I am going to put them in my gallery. We could update picture weekly or bi-monthly.

I plan to lose 50 - 60lbs of body fat and replace it with some lean muscle by Memorial Day Weekend. Then, after that point... push myself to see what I am truly capable of. It's going to be an interesting and healthy '07.
As for your April 1st dealine. I would like to have about 30 - 40lbs gone with some muscllle shining through the rest of the mess. I'll throw pictures up son enough.
After almost 2 weeks... I am back and better than ever.
